You might want to do a little research and reading before making stupid statements. Actually Darwinism leads to all kinds of not nice ways to treat other human beings. Darwinism does not need a God and therefore does not have to have a conscience or morals. (we are all just animals in their eyes)

You're right, evolution doesn't need a God. But then neither does the theory of gravity. Somehow, I can reconcile my acceptance of gravity and of evolution with my faith in the Almighty. And I even manage to do so without becoming a mass murderer or participating in genocide, etc. Faith runs deeper than you think.

"Darwinism does not need a God and therefore does not have to have a conscience or morals."

What you are saying is that humans if they do not believe in and apply 'God's' moral standards tend to act immoral. This sounds like you are agreeing that without God's guidelines humans are nothing but animals.

Which is it, are we animals that will naturally act immorally without God's guidance or are we God's special creations, above the animals, who will act morally because of our special position?

On the other hand if atheists are correct and there is no God then the morals most cultures abide by are a direct result of the evolution of cooperation. Without a God, then the morals you and your belief system operate under did not originate from a supernatural source but from the internalized formalization of social constructs resulting from the advantages cooperation imparts to a social group. If there is no God, then the emotions of love, trust, desire all are the result of evolutionarily stable strategies carried through 100s of 1000s of generations.

Why you creationists never take your claim of immoral evolution to its logical conclusion is beyond me. All you have to do is posit one case where God does exist, and then posit a case where God does not exist, considering in both cases the current moral standards of our society.

If God does exist you have to explain why humans tend to act like animals when God's morals are ignored.

If God does not exist then you have to explain where Christian (or any other set of) morals came from if not from evolutionary processes.
