What, in your opinion, would be a correct application of "selection ideology?"

I'd say his was "un" natural selection application because it was not rooted in one's ability to survive.

So, "selection ideology" holds that Darwinism is only OK if not consciously applied? If so, the erroneous, conscious application of this ideology was the reason why "Social Darwinism" has acquired such a negative connotation in the modern era, along with all the other, erstwhile "progressive" policies in place, such as eugenics. It's denounced because it's cruel and inhuman ... even anti-human, isn't it? Wouldn't you say that Nazis practiced this "Social Darwinism?"
