I-81 through Pennsylvania is the worst highway for trucks that I know of. From Scranton to the Mason/Dixon line (or Waffle House/Dunkin Donuts line for you modern people), it is white-knuckle all the way.
Seeing as I used to live just east of there (Waynesboro east of Greencastle exit 3), I can vouch for that.
Another bad spot is downtown Columbus by the 70-71 interchange. It's horrible when it's just cars, but throw in a couple 18 wheelers and it's on.....

Interstate 4 in Florida from the Hillsborough County line to just outside of Orlando just completed construction from four lanes to six. The construction lasted for years, and driving that highway while it was going on was just a horror show, between the concrete barriers, the wavy, uneven pavement and the volume of car and truck traffic. I've logged my share of windshield time, and driving I-4 during that period of time was the most frightened I've ever been behind the wheel.

Add another "yea" to the pile.
From Winchester VA to Chambersburg PA is a waking nightmare.
The area near the I-70/I-81 interchange in Hagerstown is the worst section.
*Nobody* yields to anybody, ever.
