Fertilization "can" take up to 72 hours, but it can also happen within 20 minutes of ejacuclation.

If you "knew" when conception took place, I'd agree with your argument, but you don't; hence the huge possibility of aborting a fertilized egg.

No need to name call.

Adult debate is perfectly acceptable in a country that protects freedom of speech.

Who's name calling? Good grief!! You people act like fertilization occurs just like that!! If the egg has been released from the ovary and begins to travel down the fallopian tube, the drug would simply prevent the sperm from getting to it first. Is using a spermacide "murder" to you guys too?
