I agree on the whole Lebanese thing. We should have backed Israel and the IDF to the hilt and even insisted that they finish the job and offered them the help to do so. Throwing money at the Labanese Army in any form is like throwing it, IMHO, right to Hezbollah and those who support them.

We need that same attitude we had going into Iraq...Kofi and the UN , shut up and get out of the way so we can get the work done.

All current indications are that we are going to sit and dither all the way up to the point that Iran has nuclear weapons - if they don't already.

Allowing Iran to go nuclear is a serious failure on our part that we and Israel will pay for dearly. History will not judge us kindly for letting it happen on our watch.
