Kim Jong-il: Built Nuke Shelter 10 Years Ago; Fourth Wife, Kim OK, his Safe Keeper
Kim Ok was his 'safe keeper'
I first met Kim Ok, in '87, who was at the time his No.1 Secretary. She was in her 20's. She had 'light skin, smiling face, 158cm(5'3'') tall, and really great legs.' When she dines with Kim Jong-il, if Ko Yong-hee(Kim's third wife, died in 2004) is not present, her food was served on French dinnerware who Ko uses. Kim Ok was even in charge of Kim Jong-il's personal safe. At Kim Jong-il's office, there was a huge safe, and it was Kim Ok who handed out money to us from the safe when we need to go abroad.
When Kim Jong-il got drunk, he had a habit of stroking hairs of a woman sitting on his right side. When Ko was not present, he used to stroke Kim Ok's hair, who was sitting at his right, in a loving manner. Now that Ko is dead, wouldn't she be living with Kim Jong-il at his residence. Anyhow, even Ko accepted Kim Ok's presence.
Exchanging 100 thousand of fake dollars (with the real ones)
Around '96, Kim Jong-il told me, "Recently counterfeit dollars are circulating among hotels and duty-free shops in our country. They are collected and Kil Jae-kyung(Director of Secretaries at the time) is bring them to a country neighboring Poland. If all goes well, he will exchange them with real dollars, brining us 100 thousand dollars." A week later, Kil came back, looking confident, and handed a diplomatic pouch to Kim Jong-il. Kim commended him, saying, "Great job. Nice work." From that moment, I was convinced that N. Korea is making counterfeit currency on the government level. It is inconceivable that 100 thousand counterfeit dollars were circulating all at once among hotels and duty-free shops in Pyongyang.
I wonder if Kil assigned fake dollars to (N. Korean) diplomats in various countries, let them do exchanges, and collect them back again. Kil himself was once expelled while exchanging fake dollars (with real ones) in Vladivostok, Russia in '98.
Underground nuclear shelter
In '96, at a party hosted by Kim Jong-il, Kim Myong-guk, one of his four-star generals, suddenly told Kim Jong-il, "Dear general, do not worry. We will protect you with our lives. The basement is completed. Indoor temperature is set at 22 deg Celsius(71.6 deg Fahrenheit.) It is comfortable." Kim Jong-il momentarily look jumping back to sobriety. It must have been a top secret which can be only known to closest associates. Actually, a few months later, Kim Myong-guk stopped being seen at Kim Jong-il's parties.
Where could 'the basement' be, which can protect Kim Jong-il even after the outbreak of war? There is No. 22 Guest House, 15 minute drive away from Pyongyang. I suspect this is where his nuclear shelter is. Access to the place was restricted for two years beginning late '92. Instead of Mercedes, military construction trucks traveled back and forth to the place. I am sure that they built the nuclear shelter under No. 22 Guest House.
Access to all guest houses are strictly checked, but No. 22 Guest House is under even more stringent security. It is connected to Kim Jong-il's residence in Pyongyang via a underground tunnel. This guest house is equipped with 3km horse race track and a shooting range. This is where Kim Jong-il and his wife go out for casual entertainment. This is also where Kim's special trains departs. Two stories above ground, three stories underground, this guest house is under far stricter security, and build on hard rock formation 150m above sea-level
Ping!
I'm sure the coordinates are dialed in..........:o)
