Agreed, but then so is the Constitution .. and see how often that gets ignored? Treaties can also be withdrawn from ... like the ABM Treaty with the Soviet Union.

We could withdraw from the LTBT but there is no need too. If we need to test nuclear weapons, we can do so underground at the NTS.

Atmospheric nuclear testing would be of no benefit to the United States. All it would do is alienate most of our allies.
