And further on ABC-TV news reports last night of satellite views showing pre-test type movements of equipment in the area of the underground test site(s) in North Korea.

What's the President prepared to do to stop Kim? How about Russian and China.
Inaction is speaking volumes here. About Russia and China's agenda, and about what a direct response against NK would mean in terms of the US's relations with them.
I believe we are quietly now on a war footing with Russia and China.
