Reports from Seoul Korea, (daily newspaper Joongang Ilbo in Seoul) via the Japanese Jiji press agency, that South Korean intelligence has intercepted radio messages/communications in North Korea, which were aired last month, to civilians in the Kilju County, Northern Hamgyeong Province area of northeastern D.P.R.K., to evacuate.
The source in the South Korean government said "our interpretation is that following North Korea's underground nuclear blast test, they wish to head off any escape of radiation that would be a threat to the nearby civilian population and are evacuating as such."

The mod pulled my post regarding Threat levels at some domestic military bases (even though they are public knowledge - (posted at the front gate and most base websites).
I''ll give him the benefit of erring on the side of caution...
However South korean Troop movements and Japanese Defense forces movements indicate a high level of confidence in NK's actually testing a nuclear device.....

The Axis of Evil is turning up the heat...... WWIII is entering a new phase....Surely you must be mistaken. I'm sure Fox would have been covering this story 24/7 if true. So far, they seem to think that the JonBenet case has the entire world rivited.

Sad but true.
Prayers up for the kidnapped Fox journalists. That said...report the news for God's sake.

Sad but true. Prayers up for the kidnapped Fox journalists. That said...report the news for God's sake.I just finished composing and writing a complaint letter to Fox News, and I sent it every e-mail address they have. I told them they are becoming as insignificant and ineffective as a dimestore tabloid. Well, that was ONE sentence.
I've been praying all day too for the kidnapped journalists too. Hopefully the pleas of the family have now been heard by whoever kidnapped them, and they will do the right thing, and release them.

I believe the journalists would not want it any other way. They put their lives on the line for a reason.
But that's just me.

I think it is just a diversion to take our satellite resources and attention away from Iran. It is also to provoke us.
They want their prophesy to come true on their terms. I say we destroy their faith and do it on our terms.
We first must exhaust all efforts through the diplomatic route however. We have a way to go on that front.
We can't be seen as making the first move, until we have gained some more political support for action.
They will make a mistake and we will drive it through the back of their skulls.
