Islamic fascists is fine, but I prefer Hugh Hewitt's "Islamo-Nazis." I have no great reasoning behind this, I just like the way it sounds.

It's just that "islamic fascist" sounds ever so much more PC than simply calling them what they are:

Facism isn't really an accurate description of radical Islam. It's more a philosophy and life of nihilism.
Islamic Nihilism would be a better term.
