You have hezbullah firing rockets into your country , iran threatening to re-create the holocaust, syria, etc, and your worried about cigarettes.I don't think it's an either/or type of situation (I have a son in Lebanon, if you must know). But if you have to quantify it, more Israelis are killed by tobacco smoke each year than by the Arabs. I oppose both.

There have been warnings on cigarettes, snuff, and chewing tobacco for right around 40 years or so, so the deception angle is just a bit phony.
I expect no less from freedom hating antis, though.
