OVER THE PAST SEVERAL HOURS WHILE DRIFTING WESTWARD. THE
ASSOCIATED THUNDERSTORM ACTIVITY IS POORLY ORGANIZED...AND MAXIMUM
WINDS ARE ESTIMATED TO BE NEAR 25 MPH IN A FEW SPOTS. UPPER-LEVEL
