I think it would have been 'funner' if it was a good P.R. man who knew how to get a ton of mileage out of a so-so story.

Get it on Drudge then block it after it has been posted --- makes for great rumors! That and it was simple to prove that it had NOT been pulled since it was never pulled.

The results of this deviously sneaky PR move? Look at the commentary and readership just from here! Not a bad kick in page views for a small news bureau.

Hey newbie,
The Drudge link did not work, the TV station story was not in the story list and it's a pattern of stories from the "panties in a twist" left. I am jazzed that this story is now readily available. The dude bitched about SUV's and then as a tribute to Al Gore wing of transportation environmentalism, left this little gathering in an SUV. It's a so so story to people that have lowered the bar for the people that represent them in goverment. (see School Bus Nagin)
