I glossed through this article ... don't know if they mentioned that the birth rate is DOWN, partial thanks to abortion ... with LESS people wanting housing will drive the price DOWN ... plus younger people don't want the OLD houses that don't reflect todays lifestyle - big bathrooms, kitchens etc.. They want NEW homes that reflect this and ideally their "forever house" NOW and brand new. It's a lose, lose proposition to use your house as your ONLY nest egg.
Some of the numbers being lost due to abortion are going to be replaced by illegal immigration, but the illegals usually don't have enough money to buy a high-value property.
Not to worry, immigration (both legal and illegal) is more than making up the difference. This country is by no means shrinking.
