I can see no reason why Israel need be careful about damage to these "civilians" any further.
It seems most are either Hezbollah or their sympathizers and enablers. A pox on them all. Any one of them will cut our infidel throats if given a chance.

It's basically meaningless though as an insight on Lebanon because we all know Shias in Lebanon support Hizbollah. And we all know Reuter's could never find anyone in Lebanon who doesn't support the war on Israel, the war on the Iraqi government, and anyone who fights against the US. There could be millions there who agree with us, but Reuter's could never find them.
