Sex or Killing? Aren't those the only two alternatives for closely related, but further than brother & sister, beings who sometimes [or with 19 year old men, always] are in heat?
Interbreeding with Neanderthals offers one explanation why the northern hemisphere advanced much faster than the southern hemisphere.
