Well, a 100 megaton device would create way too much fallout to pollute surrounding nations and even contribute to a "nuclear winter" effect in that area of the planet. Hmmmmm... maybe such a nuclear winter is the answer to "Global WArming"...heheheh. The good-ole "two birds with one stone" comes to mind...
