Whether this is true or false, Seymour has gone over to the dark side, and should be up on charges.

Hey Hersey, what happened to your claims that Bush was going to nuke Iran?

Well, Iran has promised us a surprise on Aug. 22. I'm watching my calendar. I don't think the plane bombings were all he had in mind.

How can this story possibly help the United States? You know, the country Hersh should care about, since he IS an American.
Oh, wait, I think I just answered my own question....

I guess putting ( Seymour Hersh ) in parenthesis is a good enough substitution for a barf alert...lol.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Seymour_Hersh His work first gained worldwide recognition in 1969 for exposing the My Lai massacre and its cover-up during the Vietnam War, for which he received the 1970 Pulitzer Prize for International Reporting. His 2004 reports on the US Military's treatment of detainees at Abu Ghraib prison gained much attention. In 2006 he reported on the US military's plans for Iran, which called for the use of nuclear weapons against that country.

" Nonetheless, Hersh writes, a former senior intelligence official says some officers serving with the Joint Chiefs of Staff remain deeply concerned that the administration will have a far more positive assessment of the air campaign than they should.
"There is no way that (Defense Secretary Donald) Rumsfeld and Cheney will draw the right conclusion about this," the report quotes the former official as saying. "When the smoke clears, they'll say it was a success, and they'll draw reinforcement for their plan to attack Iran." "
This whole article is merely conjecture. I betting this "Former Official" was a clinton appointee.

    "Where's the PLANNNN?"
Well, thar y' go. And it sounds like a good'un.
So much for a 'do nothing' administration. Now they're just pissed because the 'something' is not what they had in mind.
Hey, Hersh...I elected smarter warriors and tacticians than me to be sneaky and deadly on my behalf. Thanks fer letting me know they're getting the job done.

Pulitzer Prize? Well, Walter Durantee won the pulitzer prize, and he was complicit in covering up the genocide of millions by the USSR.

As far as I'm concerned, there's NOTHING good to be said about the Pulitzer Prize until it's revoked from the Treason Times and Walter Durantee!

The problem with this is the fact that Hezbullah still stands. If the US were involved or if this had any pre-planning in Israel there would not have been so much hesitation by Israeli politicians.
