Ha. Then it's worse for Nasrallah because the Qatar guy said it didn't mention Lebanese prisoners, detainees and prisoners of war.
It could have mentioned prisoners of this war held by Israel...I read this as a snub to Nasrallah.
The Israelis are probably dead. They were shot in the initial attack.
Without any resolution to read let me just say this.
1 - The ball is in Hezbollah's court; they break it and they will have a somewhat harder time to play their game.
2-Reconstruction means yes we ante up but we also will have a say in the dispersing of the funds, get intelligence agents in there
3-The LMSM quickly discontinued mentioning UN Res. 1559 passed 8 years ago. People are fickle and if they are not informed, which as we know many on the left are not, now they have virtually no excuse to not acknowledge a breaking of the ceasefire by the hezzies.
4-Israel will now be readied and primed for action WHEN the ceasefire is broken - this is the equivalent of UN Res. 1441 regarding Iraq.
5-We in the blogosphere are also ready and primed. We've long known the Islamacists, UN and LMSM's complicity but now we know for sure who, what, when, how, where, why to be vigilant
6-This should allow some cooling down of the Shites in Iraq. It also allows more Iraqi troops to be trained to help takeover when we eventually take on Iran and Syria.
7-This provides too much fodder for the left in this country 10 weeks before a very pivitol mid-term election. I know, it shows who they really are but this is a battle that Israel and the US should have more power over where, when, and how.Get through the election and then let the dogs of war be unleashed.
With Olmert at the helm?
God, I pray your right. How on God's green earth could our government sign onto a plan that leaves the hezzies standing? That's equivalent to us leaving al queade standing when we had the chance to wipe them off the face of the planet. It doesn't make sense. But then, my head runs me.

I agree with you about being somewhat bewildered but I believe this is a battle that will be fought to it's fullest in short time. Yes it allows the hezzies to regroup but it also allows Israel to regroup, hopefully switchout Olmert for, say, Netanyahu(sic?), create a very definitive "shock and awe" strategy, get some pro-Israel journalists and others in Lebanon so to be able to counter and expose the biased liberal press deceptions, and then kick some ass.
Let Hezbollah start firing again, let Israel hold back and force some world opinion against the hezzies, then the Israelis can cut really kick some ass.
PS: I sure miss Sharon and will give Olmert a very minimal pass for having been thrust into the situation after Ariel took his turn for the worst. Still he should have been more capable and yet I don't think it is all his fault.
