I'm not saying it will stop all of it, but it has become obvious that they are using that method. Why continue to make it easy for them?

Why not just remove all forms of security in America, and let everyone defend him/herself? Where would you draw the line?

Sure would be interesting to see who would come out on top. If so many defenseless people wouldn't get hurt, I would be in favor of it. At least for a trial run.

Let me tell you what I discovered about cellphones. Pre-paid or not. They can be programmed to work for any carrier and can be 'activated' if you know the correct codes.

They also work, irregardless of whether you have them activated for a carrier or not Because all cellphones, by law, must be able to dial 911 and reprogramming these phones to respond to a different number is a possibility.

Would they take the time and effort to do it? Unlikely.
But the possibility does exist, so you would have to ban all cellphones. Not just pre-paid.

That's a foolish question that does not deserve an answer.
