IMHO, his biggest blunder was allowing the state to slip into RECORD deficits approaching $30 BILLION. He also spent his entire time hustling and extorting campaign dollars as opposed to running California, which, like any liberal, he did not give a damn about. A pure criminal, through and through, he finally got booted, but should have been put in prison for what he, and his lackies, did to California.
