can anybody tell me of a liquid explosive that could be contained in a baby bottle that might be able to blow up an airliner? Short of liquefied gasses such as hydrogen, propane, NG, etc... I can't think of anything. By the way, none of these can be contained in baby bottles, hand lotion containers, or contact solution bottles--all currently banned on flights to the US.

I don't know. It sounds more like they're concerned about biological weaponry than something explosive.

can anybody tell me of a liquid explosive that could be contained in a baby bottle that might be able to blow up an airliner? Offhand, I can think of a few dozen. It is a federal offense to disclose the exact chemicals and processes required. NEVER take Mentho's and Diet Coke on an airliner. Ever. There is no need for Draino crystals, aluminum, an unnamed catalyst, and an ignition source on any aircraft, ever.

Couldn't combinations of things taken aboard by several actors combined in the restroom somehow . . . do it?
