You mean "highly suspicious individuals" in the TSA handbook.
Full body cavity searches should be considered for them.
Turbans, Korans, hollowed-out shoes and lying middle-eastern men however should be offered an upgrade to first class, if not a key to the cockpit per TSA regulations.

Yes, I'd considered that before posting this idea. The elderly and handicapped could fit in the same category as children under this system, but I'd opt in as many cases as possible for the flight attendants to be available to help these people, as they do now for unaccompanied minors; unless they're completely senile, these elderly/infirm would understand the need and they'd not be afraid of the attendant, as a child might.
