I don't think there is a sentient soul that doesn't realize that the "mobile homes" were a knee jerk reaction to the wailing of mindless voters, who elected equally mindless and ineffectual public officials, unwilling to accept the responsibility for their own survival. (Not only did they initially elect these irresponsible officials, but they have re-elected them!!)
