The terrorists and illegals seem to have no problem getting NJ drivers' licenses.

They probably aren't getting them from the DMV. I had to bring all sorts of ID to get my license renewed.

There have been recent arrests of MV employees 'selling' NJ drivers' licenses. It's not only the elected officials who are prostitutes.
