Actually, there is something FAR more serious Mike, along with the fall out that would kill just about everyone in the world. You have Am-a-dinner-jacket thinking he can out smart God by forcing the issue. Mocking God never seems to work out, especially for the guy doing the mocking.
Let's keep a sense of proportion here. The fallout from whatever little pipsqueak bomb Abadabado might cobble together, plus the few bombs it would take to utterly destroy Iran and Syria as functioning countries, would not kill just about everyone in the world. In fact even a full scale exchange between the US and the Soviet Union back in Ronald Reagan's day would not have done that.
Most of it is short lived, and the vast majority of it falls out near the explosions.
