Naagh, it is well known that the man believes that a period of extreme chaos will precede the appearance of the imamy.
He may or may not also believe that by doing something nasty he could trigger the return of the muzlim messiah.
He may not have a nuke at this point, I don't know. but he has made his intentions quite clear.
Either way I agree with you on one thing, he will be quite disappointed on the 23rd.
Yep, the chaos (which he hopes to create) will cause the 12th Imam to emerge from the depths of the well (I think it's in Qom or one of the villages around Qom)
