If the Shehab class missiles are in the sky and arcing towards Israel, Israel probably can't afford to wait to see if they have ball bearings or plutonium as a payload. When missiles are fired, protocols are followed. If a missile were arcing from Cuba towards Washington D.C., we in the US were fully prepared to nuke Moscow merely as a reaction to the launch. You can't wait to see if the missile's a dud or not. Israel probably has over 100 nukes, some of which are probably on a hair trigger. If Iran sends missiles on over, even if they are convention, we might have a nuclear war on his hands. Will he do something? Well, he's done everything he said he would do so far, and no one has had the stones to stop him in the least. The West's vacillation has created an extremely dangerous situation.
The Muzzies would be bombing what they consider "their" lands and people. A small nuke in Haifa and Tel Aviv would kill most of the Jews and leave some inhabitable areas. Of course, I hope Iran would be glass by then.
Most reports are closer to 400. We don't say they have a hair trigger, but rather they are "on alert". They only need a "hair trigger" if they are not sufficiently hardened and dispersed so that most would survive a first strike. Iran is unlikely to have anything accurate enough to ensure taking them out, nor are they likely to have enough missiles with nukes to do so.
That whack-job in Tehran wants the hammer to fall on his country, in Syria, etc, all to bring on the hidden Imam.
Why assume Iran would use missiles, when it would be ever so convenient to have a sleeper bomb already hidden away. The terrorists use suicide bombers, willing to sacrifice themselves with explosives strapped on their bodies. Now extend that line of reasoning to a large group of terrorists with a nuke in their midst, waiting to set it off upon receiving a telephone call. Israel has not been given permission to inspect Arab tunneling deep under the Dome in Jerusalem, among other places there. Just a thought, but a scary one.
