All I know for sure is that I plan to spend August 22nd at home.
If it is to be the "end of the world" ... then spending the morning playing with my children would be a good way to live my last few hours. If it's just another summer day, it's still a good way to spend those hours.
If it's something big, but short of Armageddon, then being away from a major population center like Boston is prudent to say the least. Remember, the only defense against an atomic bomb is to not be there when it goes off.

If I KNEW such a scenario was going to happen, I would want to be at ground zero. With such events, it is not the dead I mourn, it is the survivors.
