>>>No...I remember it was until August 31, to decide....not the 22nd.
The UN gave Iran until August 31.
Iran said they would give their decision by August 22.

the first chapter deals with gods chosen people
its peculiar how revelation folds right in.... sheer lunacy.. but its as if someone was capable of space and time travel.....peculiar....don't read the words, look at what it says

This is NOT good
I completely agree.
What I find so amazing is the silence or willfully blindness of the MSM.
Where is the 60 Minutes piece about August 22 ?
Where are the headlines on the front page of the NYT screaming that a religious fundamentalist who believes in the mysterious re-appearance of a long promised savior ?
Mark my words, on August 23rd they will be screaming for blood.
Keep in mind, it must
ALWAYS be turned back on the Left, whose complicity in PC treatment of our enemies has prevented us from leading a united world against the barbarians now threatening our gates.
Cheers,

It would be a real shame if they launch any missiles at Jerusalem and some accidentally demolish the "Dome of the Rock."
Yup, that would be a terrible shame.

I've thought of the targets the muzzies might have and Jerusalem wouldn't be one of them. Israel is so small, however, the Al Aqusa mosque wouldn't be usable, more than likely. Most likely Tel Aviv. This is why it is important Israel's capital be Jerusalem. As well as biblical reasons.
The Muzzies would be bombing what they consider "their" lands and people. A small nuke in Haifa and Tel Aviv would kill most of the Jews and leave some inhabitable areas. Of course, I hope Iran would be glass by then.

I remember years ago when the Soviets built the Aswan dam in Egypt, the international community undertook a huge effort to move the archaeological treasures of Egypt from the rising waters.
I wonder if we could get a 'rush' effort to move the pre-Islamic archaeological treasures from Iran before they're nuked?

Something that the media is deathly afraid of is the American public actually getting behind President Bush in the prosecution of the war. The MSM doesn't "approve" of the war, so they quash anything that might increase popular support, and play up anything that might lead to dissatisfaction with the leadership, and even the ability to fight the war and win it. Their belief is that the US MUST lose the war.

The UN gave a August 31 deadline.
But numerous websites point out the US and EU gave Iran a June 29th deadline relating to concesessions. Iran responded they will give their anwer on August 22.

Maybe Israel, with this war, stopped an apocalypse before it could start.
I mean, Zelzals and katushyas could light the sky pretty well if shot off at once at an unsuspecting Israel.

"When the Iranian President wrote to Bush in May of 2006, few realized he was offering the West a truce. If Bush were to convert to Islam, all past grievances would be forgiven."
He didn't write those terms to Bush alone; the Germans had one, and other Western countries leaders. It is standard practice by Muslims to give fair opportunity to their opponents before forcing them to capitulate. In their eyes it washes their hands of the consequences.
Be warned.
PS The Russians and the Chinese know all this, and can see what's coming. What part do they intend playing?

Agreed.
However, it is almost universally agreed that a day of reckoning with Iran is coming. The question of when is the $64,000.00 one.
Once it occurs, all bets are off for the American Public I believe.
Attempts by the MSM to play it off will be futile, and rightly so.
It will be a modern day December 11th.
Except for select FReepers and others who pay attention.
