I've traveled I-95 between DC and Fredericksburg enough times in my life... it's been that way for many, many years. I don't know what's wrong with Virginia's highway department either, they sure don't seem to get anywhere. *SIGH*

The thing we noticed, is that it looks like there's room for at least one more lane per side of the road.

It might take a while to get it done, but they should at least be starting.

If they had started BEFORE the traffic got so bad, it would be done by now.
