Who bought all the albums? Their producers? George Soros? Probably.

I think they still have fans in Europe. Canada maybe.

Maybe their publicist is just making it up. Maybe they just "stuffed the channel", and it is all sitting in the bins down at Coconuts et al.

When the album first came out, and it wasn't getting much air play, the speculation was that since
Sony has so much invested in the trio, that Sony was buying the album to drive up the numbers, publicity, etc.

Looking back, Sony could have just bought three copies of Ingraham's "Shut Up and Sing", hired
three tutors to read it to each of the chicks, and gotten a better result.

The Dixie Chicks are unrepentant, unapologetic, and down right obnoxious with their "comeback" tour.

The lyrics, the titles of the songs, and even the name of the tour haven't added to their image
of being appreciative to most of their now former fans.

___________

It's very chic for liberals to use them as coasters.

Liberals bought the album for "solidarity".

They sit in their CD racks, unopened.

The funny thing about all the "solidarity" purchases...

They fooled the Chix into thinking they still had fans. Had they not done so, the DC might have been able to reconstruct their tour beforehand a lot easier.
