If Patrick Henry had to deal with Islamofascists backed by states that have nuclear weapons or are acquiring them, I doubt he would mind his phone calls being monitored by computers or emails scanned electronically for certain words. Likewise I doubt he would mind taking off his shoes or having his satchel searched.

Nobody is going to take away your right to vote or worship or gather in the public square. Unless you want to use these things to destroy the US.
