Carter should know. He created most of this mess to begin with.

Bingo!

Yep, he made the mess, couldn't figure out how to fix it, and is now criticizing the one who IS trying to take care of it.

I believe Carter's brain was replaced with peanut butter some time ago.

I used to debate with myself about who was the worst US president (at least of the 20th century), Carter or Klintoon. In view of the fact that Carter only had 4 years in office, yet succeeded in giving us the gift that keeps on giving, a genocidal Iran, Carter wins hands down. The fact that he continues to meddle in foreign affairs - and only to cut down the efforts of then-current Republican presidents - further extends his lead.

This guy is a traitor, pure and simple. Too bad that former US presidents are never charged with any crimes, especially treason - because this moron would be 1st on the list.

Remember the CARTER DOCTRINE, 23 Jan 80

"Let our position be absolutely clear: An attempt by any outside force to gain control of the Persian Gulf region will be regarded as an assault on the vital interests of the United States of America, and such an assault will be repelled by any means necessary, including military force."

Carter can't even remember his own words.

Rem ember the "malaise" and the high interest rates?

I remember the gas lines and the hostages most of all. I was fairly young, but wanted gas for my motorcycle. What a pain in the ass!

My sister had a home mortgage with a 21% interest rate, and of course, lost the house. Right after that, Reagan was elected, and then the press immediately blamed him for the high interest rates, even though they were still operating on the Carter budget until the following October 1, as the budget year does not coincide with the election term.

The press is an amazing collection of lying scum. If they were honest, a democrat would never get elected again, and republicans might actually be conservatives.

Does anyone know what this son of Jimmy did in real life?

Got tossed out of the military for using drugs.

I think Jimma's family is encouraging this behavior because they can't stand him hanging around. So, to the rest of the Carters: THINK OF THE CHILDREN.

Jimmy Carter, he of the "Surrender to the Ayatollah" middle east policy, can have a nice steaming cup of STFU.
