Steven Jones is researching what he calls evidence that the twin towers were brought down by explosives detonated inside them, not by hijacked airliners.

Give me a break. So you and your liberal friends lost the 2000 and 2004 presidential elections -- get over it. And stop accusing the government of doing something for which you have no credible evidence. 9/11 would have happened had Al Gore been in office too.

It's time for you moonbats to get over your trauma of two presidential election defeats in a row and stop all this nonsense about 9/11 being an inside job. You are no more credible than the LaRouche supporters, but you are more annoying. Please do us all a favor and keep your mouths shut until you that know what you are saying has any grain of truth in it at all.

So how many of the people pooh-poohing this lame conspiracy theory will turn around and claim Clinton covered up the real cause of the TWA 800 crash?

This quote from Judy Wood, formerly an assistant professor at Clemson, really got me:

Are you blackballed for delving into this topic? Oh yes," Wood said. "And that is why there are so few who do. Most contracts have something to do with some government research lab. So what would that do to you? The consequences are too great for a career. But I made the choice that truth was more important."

"If we're in higher education to be trying to encourage critical thinking," Wood says, "why would we say 'believe this because everybody else does?'"

She calls these outlandish conspiracy theories "truth", yet would have no problem with a professor who presented the theories of evolution and global warming as absolute fact without reference to the other side of the argument. She would have no problem with history textbooks that deliberately take a liberal slant or even outright contradict the what the actual facts are. In these cases, I'm sure she would think it's okay to "believe this because everybody else does".

Just for argument's sake.....let's say that the Pentagon was indeed hit by a missle, instead of a plane. (Not that it was mind you, I live outside DC and I saw the wreckage myself on 9-12 standing on the hill from Columbia Pike...but I digress)

Okay, it was a missle.....what happened to the plane and the people on it? Can any of these barking moonbats answer that question

These men aren't uneducated junk scientists: Barrett will teach a class on Islam at the University of Wisconsin this fall

What's teaching a class on Islam got to do with science, genuine or even junk?

I wonder about the money behind this. So many people, all putting out the same warped lies, with websites, and, frankly, better web videos (which again means hiring pros). People getting time on talking head shows on TV, and favorable press everywhere.

And now some university is going to allow some professor to TEACH this, uh, illogical stuff in one of their classrooms?

Who is pushing this stuff? It's clear that someone is preying on those with BDS, feeding them stuff that they want to hear, but it will begin having an effect on society and politics. Which is the goal (university now, then when the kids graduate and teach, it'll go into Junior high classrooms).

Has anyone been able to see the roots of this movement?

It is useless to try to argue against a moonbat. They know for sure that "Bush" stole Florida 2000, that the WTC was a controlled demolition, the WMD was never in Iraq and that Ohio was stolen in 2004. They know all these things for sure. Any evidence to the contrary is dismissed, because it does not agree with these obvious "facts".

Education credentials & tenure do not an idiot unmake. I saw the above scholars' conspiracy conference on CSPAN and thought these retarded freaks make Ward Churchill look like presidential material.

I believe that the Twin Towers were brought down by US conspirators. The evidence is whelming.

Al Gore could never forgive the lack of support in the 2000 election. Within a week of leaving the Naval Observatory, (Veep's Mansion), he had begun to consort with Osama nad the usual suspects named in the 911 Report.

With Bill and Hillary's support he brought the towers down and Hillary seized the opportunity to forward her presidential plans.

The impeach Bush plan has stunning overtones and undertows. With Pelosi sitting in the third chair after 2006 the plan is to impeach Bush and Cheney. Pelosi will pick Hillary as her Veep not realizing the Arkanacide that awaits her. Once the Hildebeast ascends the throne she will appoint Slick her Veep, (which would not violate the presidential succession amendment).

Rush, Hannity, O'Reilly and the rest of fair and balanced media will be silenced and the Communistic Cabal will be in power.

Gore will implement Kyoto in draconian fashion and we'll all be driving oxen wagons well into the 21st Century.

How do I know? The Bible Told Me So!

Another thread here on FR is asking for a definition of "liberal"... they can come right over here and find several; for instance:

Sorry, libs. Professors can surely lead students to find truth, but they don't own truth by means of credentials.

Daniel Orr, a Princeton Ph.D. and widely published retired economics chair at the University of Illinois, said he knew instantly from watching the towers fall that they had been blown apart by explosives.....

and

[Wood says] "If the U.S. government is lying about how the buildings came down, anything else they say cannot be believed," she said. "So why would they want to tell us an incorrect story if they weren't part of it?"

PUKEARINO! Then let's be fair and also discuss jamie gorelick's appointment to the committee and her backroom influence on the report - and the timely coincidence of kean and hamilton just releasing a new book as they suddenly realize that they need to pay for the printing this time.

What really amazing is CNN treats this lunacy as a serious news story. Meanwhile all the various stories about Juanita Braudrick and Bill Clinton, Able Danger and the Saddam Docs are treated like wacko Tin Foil Hat Conspericy nuts.

What utter scumbags run the Junk Media these days.

I find it amazing that the Left are more willing to believe Osama than they are George Bush. That they consider Osama to be less dangerous than George Bush.

The Left scares me.
