I would bet money there is already a lawsuit in the works. It is very common for illegals/smugglers to sue, they call it winning the American lottery. They sue Drs, hospitals (who treat them free usually) they sue gov't agencies and employers. The BP itself will most likely be sued also over this incident. Almost all of these lawsuits against the gov't agencies by illegals are settled out of court for undisclosed sums so are not reported.
