Nice photo to start with, Karl.

I really wanted to capture the photo that was on the front page of the L.A. Times today -- did you see it? -- but as I found it on AP site and LAT site, could not be copied.

However, I can link the LAT front page for anyone who's interested:

http://www.latimes.com/includes/sectionfronts/A1.pdf

Anyone who has fotki or photoshop could copy and paste.

Good morning! I'm just getting to this thread, so someone else may have said this: Anything that will display on your monitor screen can be screen captured, then saved as a .jpg, .bmp or .png file (.png may depend on your image viewer if it's an old one. I use IrfanView as my image viewer, very handy and free -- multiple download sites - just do a seach for IrfanView.) But, basically just do an < alt + print screen> to get it onto your clipboard, then paste into your image viewer.

If the image is bigger than your screen though, then you'll need a more specialized screen capture program.
