Several years ago, I got to see the Blackwatch Guard perform, it was truly amazing! We were stationed in Berlin and were lucky enough to experience a Tattoo. The performance was given by - I don't remember how many - massed military bands, and was one of the most awesome experiences we've ever had. We sat at one end of an oval stadium, right over a dozen tympani. What a night!
