"The Israelis admitted they hit the building and it was a mistake."
It's looking more and more like Israel apologized for something that they did not do.
Which reminds me, has Hezbollah ever apologized for killing innocent Israel women and children.
Quite the opposite. Here's their view:
Hezbollah leader Sheik Hassan Nasrallah has consistently called for the destruction of Israel.
In a speech on February 18, 2006, Nasrallah stated, "Israel is our enemy. This is an aggressive, illegal, and illegitimate entity, which has no future in our land. Its destiny is manifested in our motto: 'Death to Israel.'"

"The Israelis admitted they hit the building and it was a mistake."
At first. The roof of the building is largely intact.
No missile hit it.
So why did the building not explode or 8 hours after the last planes left the airspace? Hmmm.
"The Israelis admitted they hit the building and it was a mistake."
I don't think they said it was a mistake, just that they didn't know civilians were there. Subtle difference.
