The analysis skills that we develop and practice on FR can be learned in a high school/college setting, if one has the right instructors and program. On the other hand, sometimes all a college graduate has is the ability to repeat drivel. It depends on the student, what they were taught, by whom, and so on. I've always thought that the purpose of an education was to A) supply the tools of logic and analysis, and B) to supply factual data for A. I would much rather see four years of required formal logic than any number of self-esteem or cultural awareness classes.
