Maybe, but we are looking at a four hour time frame from bombing to poster display. Even with the top end machine, which we do not know they had, it is still a stretch.

I disagree... it could be done even if they printed it in Syria. The Hezzies are very good at propaganda billboard printing.

Don't you have to wait for the ink to dry? I worked for a printer for a short time, sometimes it would take days for certain inks to dry.
