I would assume they have. They have been doing a lot of work in Southern Lebanon for just this occasion.

One of the problems with finding Lebanese cities on any map (or in a Google search) is that they often have many different English spellings. Yammouni (a.k.a. Yammouneh, Yammoune, Al Yammunah, El Yammoune, El Yammoune, Al Yammunah) likely isn't on the Syria-Lebanon border. It's probably on the side of a cliff on the western side of the Bekaa Valley (look on the bottom right hand side of this map for Yammoune, or on the map below):

According to some Internet sources, Hezbollah has a training base at Wadi al-Yammouneh. This base "is located between the Bekaa Valley and the upper mountains of Jbeil. Activities are guerilla warfare, anti-tank and anti-aircraft weapons training, and other terrorist skills." And according to the Lebanese tourist bureau, "Yammouneh is the site of an ancient sacred lake and Roman temple". The lake is dry part of the year, and there are supposedly "subterranean chambers" in the area.
