Crist had to pull an ad with Mark Lunsford's endorsement because Lunsford admitted to hitting his ex-girlfriend. Jessica Lunsford was murdered but look at what happened.

The police took a confession even though Couey asked for a lawyer, the State Attorney failed to charge Couey's roommates with crimes although they bought Couey a bus ticket to get out of town. After he was picked up, there were lots of pressers so it has become difficult to seat a jury.

The law enforcement union members who endorse Crist are the ones who can't even take a proper confession. If Couey walks, sorry, Charlie, your state attorney and cops blew it again.

I'm sure the anti-murder law Crist plans to extort the legislature for is full of perks for law enforcement and also to grow a law enforcement bureaucracy - I wouldn't call it a police state but why risk it?

Bill O' Reilly of The Factor has done more to implement Jessica's Law than Crist. Crist did a photo-op with Jessica's dad Mark. IMO, Crist's been campaigning all year. Poor Jeb. Yesterday morning, there was a Cabinet Meeting that was televised late last night on local cable access. Jeb had to sit between Crist and Gallagher.

Crist reminds me of Al Gore. He sat there at the cabinet mtg like Pinnochio, made of wood. Gallagher interacted with Jeb Bush and the cabinet members giving reports.

This little peek into the Cabinet Mtg reconfirmed for me that Tom Gallagher has the talent and enthusiasm to be Florida's governor.
