Yes. It's his main alibi now. Once you instruct the Left that this is an ISSUE, they will chant slogans till the end of time and never THINK about it again.
Wife-killing is a fine leftist issue. The Left has no objection to murder unless one of them is personally inconvenienced. They simply say it's a private matter (which is what Felos did, btw). Then it is covered by the non-existent Privacy Clause of the Silly Putty Constitution, and every judge in the country will back them on the point.
