I dont know how good the antennas are. They are supposed to double am pickup at night though. At least.

I got one. It can help. It's not omni directional, so mounting it limits its usefulness, depending
on your application.

If you're just like me, and sticking it on the windowsill most of the time is good enough, you can increase
its usefulness by getting one, if not two, AM antennas, like the RS Loop or Select-a-Tenna. They can
really null out offending stations.

I got mine during a Christmas promo. CCrane threw in a 25' extension.
