If you would look again at the Beslan pictures the focus of the adult rescuers was on the dead & wounded children not on the photographers. Here the focus is on making a good photo this tells me the main concern of the adults in these pictures is propaganda.

That is why Hezbollah, Hamas, etc., hide among civilians - every time they can get the Israelis to attack them, and cause collateral damage as a result, they get new recruits.

Say what you will about those organizations, but they know how to recruit - we see parallels in Iraq to the attacks on civilian Sunnies or Shiites by one or the other - by doing so, they force people to choose sides, whether they want to or not, and the same thing is happening in Lebanon - the majority of Lebanese probably just want to lead an ordinary, peaceful life, but a minority - the Hezbollah, don't want that, and they are going to force the innocents to choose sides, one way or another.
