A lot (probably most) of the people complaining about your post just posted immediately (as I did) before reading all the other complaints.
I would never have piled on had I read them.
And your first born son will not be needed, unless of course, he's cute and in his early forties.
I posted my comment before reading the whole thread, which, had I read further, would have enlightened me on the larger scope of your thoughts.
I think you should let your first born live.

I also apologize for piling on, that is exactly what happened to me. Your apology was far below where I saw your initial post. I think the post listed above shows exactly how that happens with a very long thread like this one!
