Well...it certainly should make the protests at the UN's calm down...if there is no "warfare" for a day or so..

We are all assuming that the lull will give the Hezzies time to rearm...but it should help the Israels rearm also.

Do we know if trucks can still get into south Lebanon? CAN they rearm?

I ask because my first thought at hearing about the "lull" was that the IDF will be watching (filming?) every move the Hezzies make. Of course, I have this tendency to believe satellites and drones can work miracles...cover an entire area with full time video monitoring. (I.e., I thought satellite images would solve the D.C. sniper case).

Maybe I'm naive, but why can't modern armies monitor ALL movement within a space as small as south Lebanon?
