I never expect muslims to follow the rules..which is precisely why we shouldn't stop until they are pounded to dust. In the end it is all they understand.

I just cannot believe, like some, that President Bush is going to let Israel go squishy....it is too darn important for these terrorist groups to be destroyed..
Besides...here we are in 2006..and we haven't gotten Bin Ladin...Nasarallah, another high profile terrorist leader is RIGHT THERE in Lebanon somewhere...the US and Israel cannot let him become some elusive figure that causes politicians to blame us for NOT going after the terrorists...
There is way too much at stake in this fight, right now...right where it is...

Israel wants two more Lebanese sites evacuated-UN
UNITED NATIONS, July 30 (Reuters) - Israeli defense forces have asked the U.N. peacekeepers in southern Lebanon to evacuate two more villages before sunset, but they are unable to do so, U.N. Secretary-General Kofi Annan said on Sunday.
The U.N. mission, known as UNIFIL, "did receive a request from the Israeli defense forces that (they wanted) the population of two villages, Ramyah and Ayta ash-Shab ... to be evacuated before sunset today," Annan told an emergency session of the U.N. Security Council meeting to discuss a deadly Israeli air strike on the Lebanese village of Qana.
"Of course UNIFIL has refused to evacuate the villages indicating that they don't have the capacity," Annan said. "This is something I thought you should know to let you understand the dynamics in the region and in the south."
Israeli U.N. Ambassador Dan Gillerman told the Security Council earlier that Israel had urged the residents of Qana to evacuate before the air strike.
(What are they good for? So why the ceasefire, and who will get the people out?)
What with the lull in the news because of the "cease-fire" and all, I'll take this op to loft a few floaters.
1. Bush/Blair playing good cop/bad cop to mollify our Turbish allies? "War must end!" (See, we care about your feelings.) "Hezb must die!" (No worries mates, we're lining up on them as we speak.)
2. What happens to ground ops inside Lebanon, with no CAS?
3. The rescue workers in Qana look geniunely ticked off. They believe. So did Hezb lock the kids in the cellar, or collect them from all over and ship them to Qana before demo-ing the building?

IOW...they think Nasrallah is only NOW getting any power.
