The war is not over. We have just begun this war. Don't panic. Take a walk, a swim or a bike ride. Eat some chocolate.
Keep breathing. Say a prayer and thank God for our many blessings, and for the protection of Israel.
Nothing is ever the way it appears- especially in war.

I also heard that Israel hasn't agreed not to attack in other parts of Lebanon.

" I fear that this war may be over, and we just lost. '
This was never a war it just wasn't prosecuted as such.
We haven't lost but we have done ourselves and our children a disservice. You can't afford barbarians the courtesy of civilized behavior, it's taken as weakness and we will all pay for it. They will see it as a victory and they will use it to create living heros and as inspiration starting today.
It's a horribly short sided decision to apease those without the stomach to finish this. I wish I could say i was surprised, I'm not.I am disheartened though we will regret this Israel will feel it first but in the end we all will.

You guys act like the Hezzies are going to follow the "rules"...
Israel has already said that they WILL fight at any point if necessary. I am sure that the Israelis will be watching all of Lebanon closely.

until the Hezbos start launching again....
It wouldn't surprise me if it's happening right now. Damn, I'm so angry over the concept of using civilians as cover, it's standard operating procedure over there. How can the people put up with that? If I didn't have a gun to fight them, I'd be throwing rocks from the tops of buildings until I could kill one of those monsters and take their gun.
I just don't understand the sheep mentality that lets these things happen. I read on a blog earlier how the world needs to give Lebanon time to sort this all out themselves, that given enough time, they'd get rid of the terrorists for us. Riiiiight. The time to do so was last month, a few weeks ago, a couple weeks ago, last week, this week, next week. Pick up something and do it.

I honestly don't think this is a big deal. Israel is still going to continue its work and this takes off the PR heat. Unfortunately, women and children are still going to die because the Hezzies have absolutely no intention of letting their human shields go (which of course was the whole problem in the first place.)

Why would Hez attack and break the ceasefire, when they have won?
And they know how to play the good guys like a fiddle.

Hold tight... things aren't always what they seem. Hez will always blow it... they can't help it.

Correct, I believe. This was designated for a certain area to allow anyone to get out that hasn't been able to, and facilitate relief efforts. However, even there, they have a caveat that they will not wait idly by to be attacked and do nothing about it.
